“This school is great as far as principal, VP and some teachers. My child is in their third year here and it would be nice to have a study guide to go by so I could know what my child is doing in class and what the homework is for each night. Some teachers do not seem to know what is going on in the classrooms at times, not sure why. Also, I think discipline needs to be a little harsher. Overall, I would say this school is adequate.”

“the school is ok!doesn't push kids hard enough.teachers can be complacent, not that they mean to, but cannot help it maybe overwhelmed.maths curriculum as well as teacher support is pathetic.”

“This school is fine if your child is average in learning. If your child suffers from being on the slower side, they too will suffer from not reaping individualized help. If a child such as mine is not totally failing everything, then there is not much intermediate help. Overall if your child does not have any learning problems, Dyersburg Intermediate School is a good school.”

“Dyersburg Intermediate School is a fine school with an excellent staff of qualified and caring teachers and administration. Two of my children have received their education in this school, one in a regular education classroom and the other in a special education classroom. My children and I would recommend this school to any parent.”
